AI Meeting Productivity

Turn meeting notes into action items

Paste a transcript from Zoom, Otter, Fireflies, or your raw notes. Get a clean recap with action items (owner, due date, priority), decisions, and open questions. Copy as Markdown straight into Notion, Linear, or Slack.

The problem

Action items get lost between meetings

Every meeting generates commitments. Most never make it to a task tracker because someone has to manually parse the transcript or notes and re-type each item with an owner and a due date. So the work gets dropped, the same things get re-discussed next week, and your team loses momentum.

How it works

Three steps from input to output

  1. 1

    Paste your notes or transcript

Copy from Zoom, Otter, Fireflies, Granola, or paste your own bullet notes. You can also upload a TXT, MD, PDF, or image file and we'll extract the text first.

  2. 2

    AI extracts the structure

Action items get pulled out with owner, due date, priority, and context. Decisions get separated from action items. Open questions and discussion topics get their own section.

  3. 3

    Copy or export

One-click copy as Markdown for pasting into Notion, Linear, or Slack. Or download a CSV of just the action items for your project management tool. Or email yourself a branded recap.

What you get

A meeting recap your team will actually read

Structured output that maps to how teams actually work: action items separated from decisions, owners assigned, due dates resolved (even from "by Friday"), priority inferred from urgency cues.

  • Action items with owner, due date, and priority (high / medium / low)
  • Decisions made (separated from action items — these are conclusions, not work)
  • Open questions that didn't get resolved
  • Topics covered with brief summaries
  • Attendees, meeting title, date, and next meeting (if mentioned)
  • Markdown / CSV / email export — pick whichever fits your stack

Features

Built for actual meeting follow-up workflows

Owner detection

When someone says "I'll do X," the action item gets assigned to them. When it's "we should do X" with no clear owner, it gets flagged as unassigned so nothing falls through.

Smart date resolution

"By Friday" gets calculated to a real date when you provide the meeting date. So action items go into your task tracker with actual deadlines, not vague references.

Decisions vs action items

Decisions are conclusions ("Going with vendor X"). Action items are work ("Mike will draft the contract by Friday"). The tool separates them so your follow-up is unambiguous.

Multiple input formats

Paste raw text, upload TXT or Markdown notes, or drop in a PDF transcript. The extraction step is free and lets you review/edit before analysis.

One-click Markdown copy

Press a button, paste into Notion, Linear, Slack, or anywhere that takes Markdown. Format is hand-tuned for readability, not a wall of bullet points.

Branded email recap

Send the full structured recap to yourself or the team as a styled HTML email. Useful as a "here's what we agreed" follow-up to attendees.

Built with privacy in mind

  • Notes and transcripts are processed in memory and never stored
  • All transfers use TLS encryption (HTTPS)
  • Anthropic's Claude API does not train on your data per their enterprise policy
  • Names mentioned in transcripts stay in your browser session unless you explicitly email or download them

FAQ

Common questions

What sources can I paste from?
Anything text-based: Zoom transcripts, Otter recordings, Fireflies summaries, Granola exports, Microsoft Teams transcripts, raw bullet notes from a Google Doc, or notes you typed during the meeting. The model handles speaker attribution ("Sarah: ...", "Mike: ...") but it's not required.
How accurate is the action item extraction?
For well-structured transcripts, every clear commitment gets pulled out. For sparse notes (just a few bullets), the model only extracts what's clearly stated — it doesn't hallucinate work. If a transcript mentions an action without naming an owner, the item gets flagged as unassigned rather than guessing.
How does the date resolution work?
You can optionally enter the meeting date when you submit. With that, "by Friday" gets calculated to the actual date. Without it, relative dates are left as-is in the context field of each action item.
Can I run this on a 2-hour meeting?
Yes. The tool handles up to 80,000 characters of input — roughly a 2-hour meeting at typical talking pace. For longer sessions, split into segments by topic.
How is meeting content handled?
Notes are sent to our server over TLS, processed in memory by Anthropic's Claude API (which doesn't train on API inputs), and discarded immediately. We never write transcripts to disk or store them in a database. The structured output lives in your browser session until you copy, download, or email it.
Can this run automatically after every meeting?
Not in this tool, but yes if we wire it up for you. Same pipeline can be connected to your calendar + transcription tool to run automatically and post the recap to a Slack channel or Notion page. Book a free consultation to scope it.
